Creating a safe workplace is the employer's and the employee's top priority. We help employers understand and implement Occupational Heath & Safety legislation.  We can assist in the development of safe workplace policies and practices that comply with the legislation, and more importantly keep employees safe and productive.  We also represent clients before the Court when faced with challenges concerning employment practices or a workplace incident.

Most employers are legally required to carry Workers' Compensation insurance and comply with regime rules.  We advise employers on the aspects of Workers' Compensation legislation and procedure apply to them and what obligations must be met.  As necessary, we also appear before Workers' Compensation tribunals on our clients' behalf.
