The Business Immigration Group includes lawyers with a strong understanding of business and employment law gained from prior experience at large full-service law firms and as in-house counsel with a multi-national software company. We have strong relationships with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency, and Service Canada to assist clients in challenging or novel situations. Our lawyers serve as advocates for legislative and policy change both directly, on behalf of our corporate clients, and by serving on the immigration subsection executives of the Canadian Bar Association.

Spectrum HR Law provides a fee structure which offers our clients certainty and cost effectiveness. Where possible, we try to reach agreement on project or fixed fees for individual or bulk applications based on the urgency of the matter, the complexity, and volume of similar applications presented by a client during a calendar year.
