Employment, Labour Relations and Privacy
I assist clients with legal issues related to their workforce. Among other things I advise on the development of employment and consulting contracts, compensation packages, and workplace policies and procedures. I also counsel clients on human talent concerns, human rights, occupational health & safety, workers' compensation, and employment standards and labour relations issues. When a client is challenged on employment and labour practices, I provide dispute resolution, litigation and grievance arbitration assistance as necessary.
Hailing from Ottawa, I am an ardent Ottawa Senators fan. I also enjoy good food, good wine and have travelled widely in the pursuit of those pleasures. Since moving to Calgary, I contribute my legal experience to the community by volunteering with Calgary Legal Guidance.
I have practiced law since 2008.
